This vacation program is for your use only and cannot be sold, auctioned or bartered to the end-user without prior written permission. No refund shall be provided for any unused portion of this offer. This vacation program may not be redeemed for cash.
This Vacation program is valid for 1 week (7 nights) of accommodations and is subject to availability. Vacation Resort Getaways has the right to add, delete or substitute resort destinations pursuant to item 15 of this agreement.
This offer is based on a minimum of 2 travelers. One adult must be 21 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license and a major credit card for identification (Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, American Express).
This offer is valid for Resort Accommodations only. It does not include food, government taxes, beverages, gratuities, transportation, service charges, resort imposed fees, deposits or incidental expenses. It is the obligation of the traveler(s) to make all necessary arrangements with regard to customs and travel documents for international locations. Check-in days may vary depending on location. Sorry no pets. At the time of booking, recipient is responsible for the daily resort tax and user fee. A refundable room deposit may be required at some resorts. Peak or holiday travel may require surcharge. Any upgrade to larger unit is based on availability. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age to make a confirmed reservation. (*) Resort taxes and resort user fee are based on the resort selected at the time of the year you are requesting. Additional guest may travel based on availability and resort selected.
When ready to request your stay, click the book link above and complete the online booking form. A Vacation Resort Getaways representative will call you to provide your with availability and current rates. A 30-day advance notice is required when making your reservation. When your reservation is confirmed, a written confirmation will be mailed to you.
All accommodations are subject to Vacation Resort Getaways allotment of availability and are subject to change until booked and confirmed. Vacation Resort Getaways cannot guarantee availability for your date of request. If dates are not available, we will notify you. This vacation offer is valid for year round travel. Vacation Resort Getaways cannot be held liable for failure to secure desired dates. We make every attempt to secure requested dates, but reserve the right to offer additional dates if necessary. If you have date flexibility, we guarantee availability. Reservations to the resort must be made by Vacation Resort Getaways only. Date flexibility is required.
This vacation offer is not valid where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws apply. Vacation Resort Getaways assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representations made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor and/or their agents other than those included in this offer.
Once your taxes and user fees have been paid for and confirmed, all reservations are final and non-refundable.
All confirmations will be by U.S. mail only.
Weekly rates start at $395 per week. Resort taxes, user fees, peak/holiday surcharges, deposit or any additional resort fees are not included.
Travelers are responsible for all personal charges at the host resort, (e.g. telephone calls, meals, and use of resort amenities) and any utility surcharge or other permissible charges imposed by the resort, as well as any damage, loss, or theft to the resort accommodations and facilities that are caused by the travelers or their guests. Each traveler is responsible for providing proper documentation such as Passports, Birth Certificates, Visas, Photo Ids, for international departures. It is important that you do not leave for your vacation until you have received your reservation confirmation voucher from Vacation Resort Getaways.
Vacation Resort Getaways, its agents, assignees or designees act only as agents for resorts and will not assume any responsibility for any loss, delay, accident, injury, death, or damage to persons, property or any liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with services provided.
If this offer becomes unavailable to Vacation Resort Getaways (i.e. fire, natural disaster, resort closure, terrorism, acts of God, availability sold out, etc.), Vacation Resort Getaways has the option to substitute another vacation or location of equal or greater value.
Vacation Resort Getaways has the right to add, delete, modify, or terminate any and all of these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
ALL INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL REQUIRES A PASSPORT. Each traveler is responsible for obtaining all required travel documents prior to travel. Vacation Resort Getaways will not be held responsible for the failure to obtain proper international travel documents or for the failure to verify that all travel documents are current and valid for the country of travel.
DO NOT BOOK or PURCHASE AIRLINE TICKETS UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR CONFIRMATION IN THE MAIL.
This vacation offer is valid for residents of the United States only. Not valid for residents of the following states: California & Florida.
