This vacation program is for your use only and cannot be sold, auctioned or bartered to the end-user without prior written permission. No refund shall be provided for any unused portion of this offer. This vacation program may not be redeemed for cash.
There are NO timeshare presentations required to use this vacation certificate or any other hoops you will need to jump to redeem. Simply mail in your VACATION CERTIFICATE, when you are ready to make your travel arrangements. Our staff is available 24/7 to assist you when ready to book dates.
This resort certificate will be considered void if bartered or purchased by the recipient. The certificate is valid for a reservation request offering 3 nights of Luxurious Resort Accommodations. These rooms are for up to 4 occupants and at least one occupant must be at least 21 years of age. Your cost to redeem this certificate and book the reservation is just the resort taxes / resort fees. Guest must also have a Major credit or a bank debit card with Visa or Master Card logo, plus valid government issued id to check in.
The recipient of this certificate will receive 4 days and 3 nights of complimentary luxury resort accommodation, with a retail value of up to $350 per night, however recipient is responsible for all other expenses including but not limited to: airfare, transfers, food & beverages, gratuities, resort fees if applicable and any other personal or miscellaneous expenses. Nightly resort taxes in Atlanta is $19.67, Atlantic City is $19.70, Branson is $19.31, Chicago is $28.37, Daytona Beach is $23.65, Gatlinburg is $19.74, Las Vegas is $26.12, Miami is $29.07, Myrtle Beach is $22.70, New Orleans is $20.15, Orlando is $20.39, Phoenix is $19.70, San Antonio is $19.82, San Diego is $23.26, and Williamsburg is $19.70. Some resorts may collect a resort fee and will be paid directly to the resort at check-in (resort fees cover items like: Wi Fi Internet Access, Local Calls, & Resort amenities). All reservations require a minimum of 30 days advance notice to book. If you book your travel dates, and you do not end up traveling then the fees and taxes paid are non-refundable. Reservations are based on availability and will not be available during major holidays or resort special events. Check in is available 7 days a week.
This vacation offer expires 24-months of the date issued. You must activate this certificate within 30 days of receiving it. Travel must be completed before expiration date. Once your travel dates have been confirmed changes are not allowed.
This certificate cannot be combined with any other hotel stay or promotional vacation offer.

If this offer becomes unavailable to Vacation Resort Getaways or our travel partner (i.e. fire, natural disaster, resort closure, terrorism, acts of God, availability sold out, etc.), the travel provider has the option to substitute another vacation or location of equal or greater value.
ALL INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL REQUIRES A PASSPORT. Each traveler is responsible for obtaining all required travel documents prior to travel. Vacation Resort Getaways will not be held responsible for the failure to obtain proper international travel documents or for the failure to verify that all travel documents are current and valid for the country of travel.
